This article explains how to invite internal users to Novus, manage feedback visibility, and connect external team workspaces like Slack and Linear. Adding coworkers allows you to share insights and manage analytics together.

Invite internal users

You can invite coworkers to join your subscription so they can access Novus.

  1. Locate the Invite your teammates card.
  2. Select Invite to begin adding new users.
  3. Enter or paste email addresses into the input field. You can paste multiple addresses separated by commas, semicolons, tabs, or newlines.
  4. Select Send. Novus will automatically send out new invitations, resend pending invitations, and skip users who are already active members.

Set feedback visibility

When creating a group in Novus, you can control who can view the associated feedback. To understand visibility settings, it helps to know the difference between visitors and internal users:

Add a team member

You can add internal users to a team to share resources and analytics with them. A team member is an internal user who has been granted access to a specific team.

Note: If your organization uses SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management), an automated IT protocol that manages users externally, teams and team members are managed by your identity provider and can't be edited in Novus.

  1. Open the details page for the team you want to update.
  2. Select Add team members.
  3. Enter the names or email addresses of the internal users you want to add. You can paste a list separated by commas, semicolons, tabs, or newlines to invite multiple users at once.
  4. Select the users from the search results to add them to your selection.
