Recent insights are automatic observations about how your visitors interact with your application. Novus analyzes your data to find meaningful trends, such as where visitors drop off in a process, which Features are growing in use, or what actions lead to visitors returning to your app. Instead of manually digging through charts, Novus surfaces these patterns for you, providing a clear summary, an explanation of why the trend matters, and actionable ideas to test.

How Recent Insights work

Novus reviews the events, Pages, and Features you choose to monitor. When you select specific events, Novus analyzes the background data on your behalf to identify hidden connections and usage trends. Novus compares current activity against past behavior to spot significant changes. It then organizes this information into a readable breakdown, complete with context and recommended next steps.

When Recent Insights are generated

Insights refresh every Monday and might change from week to week based on new visitor activity. If you just set up your events or opted in, Novus requires up to 25 hours to analyze your data and generate your first set of insights. When you update your targeted events, Novus processes the new data and generates updated insights, which can take a few minutes.
