Enable a push notification

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and select your Slack or Microsoft Teams integration.
  2. Locate the System Events section.
  3. Select the toggle next to the event type you want to enable.
  4. Use the dropdown menu to choose a channel for the notifications.
  5. Select Enable to save your changes. You can turn off notifications at any time by selecting the toggle again, or you can change the channel by selecting the channel name under the event description.

Track Event Alerts

Track event alerts notify your Slack channels when visitors interact with key parts of your product.

You can view all your active track event notifications in the Track Event Notifications table. This table shows the description, the specific events being tracked, the destination channel, and whether the alert is active.

Create a track event alert

You create track event alerts directly through Slack or Microsoft Teams. Mention @novus and describe the alert you want to set up.

Example: "@novus notify me when the checkout_completed event fires"
